Jason is a Founding Partner at Tower Abstract. Prior to Tower, he was President of AmTrust Title Insurance Company, overseeing title insurance globally on behalf of the Amtrust Financial family of companies since 2015. Before this, Jason spent 14 years at Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF), where most recently he was President of the international title insurance division of Fidelity and was on the board of directors for Fidelity National Title de Mexico and FNF Title Insurance Company Ltd (Malta). Jason has lectured on international title insurance, real estate litigation, distressed property issues and title insurance as a risk management tool.

Jim is a Partner at Tower Abstract, serving as general counsel and chief underwriter. Prior to this role, Jim served as Chief Underwriter Counsel for all direct operations nationally at AmTrust Title Insurance Company in the state of New York. Before joining AmTrust, Jim was SVP, Managing Counsel at the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in New York City. He also previously served as General Counsel at Quick Title Agency, LLC. Prior to that, Jim was a practicing attorney representing lenders, buyers and sellers in complex real estate transactions. Before that, Jim was an attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP.
